[Spawn Engine] UPDATE 1
- New XML file format for spawns
- Pool of spawns and respawn interval should work according to schema. Thx Atomix for converting old files
- Interval of respawn increased according to retail values.
- Old admin commands should be rewritten and will not work
- Brusthonin spawns are not converted yet.
- Walker schema is not implemented yet.
This update should be tested much.
